About Daniel

Daniel Doran is an Associate Director of CBRE Gold Coast’s Metropolitan Investments team and boasts over 10 years’ experience in sales, leasing and development of retail and commercial assets in Australia. During his career, he has developed extensive industry relationships and gained experience negotiating major transactions.

Daniel’s former role on the client development side was focussed on the developing and building of a neighbourhood shopping centre portfolio in South East Queensland. Throughout this time, he was also involved in a variety of various developments including commercial offices, service stations, convenience retail, medical centres, childcare and land divestment.

Prior to his real estate career Daniel was an elite cricketer with the Queensland Bulls state men’s squad and played in two Sheffield Shield Finals. He is also a scholar of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) Cricket Academy.
