About Me

Íñigo joined our team in 2016 and currently heads the Investment department, as Director of Investment for Spain and Portugal.

After graduating in Business Administration from ESADE University, he completed a Master Degree in Hotel Management, a Master Degree in Financial Management and a certificate in Investment and Asset Management in Hotel Real Estate from Cornell University.

Íñigo has developed his professional career in the hotel sector, where he started working in several hotels, including the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Barcelona.

Before joining our team, he worked in the area of strategic consulting at The Hotel Factory, based in Palma de Mallorca, where he participated in numerous consulting projects, including feasibility studies, asset identification, expansion strategies and hotel conceptualisation and repositioning projects in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Andalusia.

He currently leads the comprehensive management of hotel asset sales processes and oversees operator and brand search projects, both for institutional investors and for national and international private operators and investors.

During his career at Christie & Co, Íñigo has also advised financial institutions on the divestment of hotel portfolios, has prepared numerous market reports and has participated in various industry events.
