Frankie is a chartered surveyor in the Hotel Capital Markets team
providing transactional and consultancy advice across the UK hospitality
After qualifying as a surveyor in 2017 he joined the London-based hotel investment team,
specialising in fixed-income assets, and now focuses on acquisitions, disposals, development
consultancy, operator searches and lease negotiations across the hotel, hostel and extended stay
sectors in the UK.

Frankie joined Savills in September 2015 having graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from Reading
University and achieving a First Class BA(Hons) Degree in Geography from the University of Hull.
Prior to joining Savills Frankie gained a range of property experience within commercial agencies,
residential developers and architectural practices.
