Harriet joined the Hotel Capital Markets Team at Savills in 2017 and has since qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
Her activities include hotel agency and valuation across the south and west of the UK. Harriet works with a range of clients from hotel and holiday accommodation businesses to local and international hotel companies and international banks and financial institutions.

*Sale of Lansdown Grove, Bath – Sale of the 74 bedroom hotel on behalf of administrators to a UK Hotel Operator above the guide price of £8 million.
*Sale of the Moorland Hotel, Haytor – Sale of the 30 bedroom hotel on behalf of a Private Individual through a confidential marketing process to a UK Hotel Operator above the guide price of £4 million.
*Sale of Meudon Hotel, Falmouth – Sale of the 30 bedroom hotel on behalf of a Private Family to a UK Hotel Operator for refurbishment above the guide price of £3.5 million.

Harriet began her property career with a degree in Real Estate from The Royal Agricultural University. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2019 and has been an RICS Registered Valuer since January 2020. Harriet deals with Hotel and Holiday Accommodation properties throughout the South of England and is based in our Exeter Office.
