Phoenix joined Savills in 2014 and worked in the Savills Manchester and Berlin offices as a graduate before moving to the London office in 2017 to specialise in providing strategic investment, occupational and development advice across the hotel, extended stay and hostel sectors.

Phoenix specialises in providing investment transaction advice on hotel assets across the UK and Europe on behalf of a range of clients from investors, public bodies, operators and developers.
