In 2022, Cairns welcomed 2.5 million domestic tourists alone and who spent over $4.4 billion; and now with borders well and truly reopened, Cairns is experiencing a tourism boom like never before.

We believe an incoming purchaser, particularly an owner operator, will be able to not only achieve cost efficiencies; but also implement revenue enhancement initiatives to further enhance the profitability of this already established and profitable operation” added Nyholt.

“These might include promoting the tour desk sales and introducing additional higher yielding cabins to the accommodation inventory in order to capitalise upon the strong existing demand” Nyholt concluded.

The business is being offered for sale via an Expression of Interest campaign closing at 4pm on Thursday, 23rd November 2023.
