Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) Limited’s Hotels & Hospitality Group (“JLL”) has been retained on a sole and exclusive basis by Bangkok Management Co., Ltd (the “Seller”) to offer for sale a partially completed hotel and adjoining development site on a prime Sukhumvit Road location on the corner of Sukhumvit Road and Soi 27 (“S27” or the “Property”). The Property is located in the heart of the commercial and retail hub of Asoke/Phrom Phong with numerous office towers and high-end retail centers such as EmQuartier, Emporium and Terminal 21 in the immediate vicinity. The Property is also near to both of Bangkok’s main mass transit systems, the MRT underground train and BTS Skytrain lines, making this area one of the most desirable in Bangkok’s rarely traded market.
S27 is a 34-storey hotel comprising 342 keys with extensive food, beverage and meeting space and is being sold with current building permits in place. Foreign investors will be able to obtain an investment incentive from Thailand’s Board of Investment to own 100% of the Property directly during the completion of construction.
In conjunction with S27, the Seller will also offer for sale an adjacent site (“S29”) with main Sukhumvit road frontage as well as access through Sukhumvit Soi 29, comprising 2,604 square meters and suitable for residential, hotel or serviced apartment development. Offers are invited for S27 alone or the S27 and S29 properties together.
